I improved my time management skills as it was a crucial part of my day to day activities.
Moreover, I took part in formal training for excel and SAP that improved my techincal skills

Considering my placement took place over the strangest time in history. I could not imagine how my peers and managers could have been more supportive. Everyone I worked with was always on top of things and willing to help. Never once I felt like I could not reach out to other people which was amazing in a pandemic where everything was over teams

L'Oreal and especially ACD where I worked have an amazing energy and atmosphere around the place. You can see that everyone is aligned to the values of the group and the culture always puts people at the forefront of all the other goals they are trying to achieve

This year with L'Oreal was an amazing experience that allowed be to develop both as a professional and as a human outside of work. I had the chance to meet incredible and driven people that were an inspiration throughout my year. I've learned so many things about what it takes to be leader in one of the biggest industries in the world. 10/10 would do it again if I could
