A considerable amount, Support starts very high but slowly reduced as you develop and become more comfortable.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Overall very good, the atmosphere is stress free and amicable. Company culture is pretty sociable but looks to be dieing down. Culture is also pretty dependent on division.
