Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Shadowed an associate within management consultancy, discussed her work and the projects she was working on. Joined team meetings and had the opportunity to network and talk with other colleagues at PwC. Social events and informative events were also hosted by the recruitment team.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The main thing I gained from this programme was insight into the business, how PwC operates, what management consultancy involves and different competencies which PwC offers within management consultancy.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very good company culture and atmosphere, everyone seemed very welcoming, supportive and willing to answer any questions you had about the firm and their career. Employees generally seemed enthusiastic towards their work and the people that they work with.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I definitely enjoyed the insight, it was very valuable to learn more about the business area, experience the work and discuss employees career paths and the projects they had worked on whilst at the firm.
