I was treated as a head count employee. I was given responsibility of various tasks and also took on extra responsibilities.
I had ownership of various reports/projects/QlikView apps.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone is friendly and approachable. There was never a point where I felt out of place.
