Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This was a 3 day program which started with an induction. The main program involved shadowing associates and following them through their meetings and understanding what their day-to-day life was like. We also had the opportunity to catch up with other associates through the firm who worked in different areas to gain a holistic perspective about the program.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very helpful because the conversations I had with everyone was very open and honest. I now have the ability to determine whether or not management consultancy is the right line of service for me.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture was incredible ! Everyone encourages networking which opened up a lot of conversations. I really like how PwC strongly believes in constantly improving and getting better.
