Every day will be different in this job role as it is very project based. General tasks will include liaising with both suppliers and the retailer network as well as internal colleagues of all levels including brand network managers and heads of businesses. you will also be responsible for ensuing the trackers are up to date and sent out to the relevant stakeholders. finally you will be responsible for the answering any CI queries in the group CI inbox as well as your personal mailbox.

I was given lots of responsibility . I have had certain projects that I have been able to lead and make executive decisions on that will continue to benefit the business for a long time. I have led supplier meetings on my own and stepped up to cover my managers role whilst he takes annual leave.

I have been able to develop my communication skills, regularly communicating with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels. I have also been able to have specific projects to lead and manage improving my organisational skills. I have been able to improve my confidence as I have frequently led supplier meetings on my own.

I have received lots of support and guidance from everyone in my department, especially my manager. There has also been a lot of support from the HR department.

The company culture has been amazing, it has been an amazing place to work. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

I have really enjoyed my year this year and would really recommend a placement at Volkswagen. The company really look out for their staff a have given me so many opportunities to develop skills that will be very beneficial in future careers.
