Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I’ve been involved in many projects have worked with external providers to create templates for our operational communions and have had autonomy to make decisions in areas relevant to my role.

Make sure to be yourself and express and interest in the wider group. We are made up of many brands and have lots of additional programmes running so demonstrating an interest in these will show your application is genuine and that you are curious to learn.
