Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Good amount of responsibility, but within a no blame environment so it never felt unmanageable. In charge of certain testing and own project work, with good supervision, guidance and support

Absolutely apply to Lubrizol. I have enjoyed my year here immensely and I think it is a fantastic place to get experience in the industry. Go into the recruitment process with an open mind and be yourself, as the company is filled with lovely people who will really make your year.
