Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
1 n half day introduction - Ice breaker with other VS students, Trainee Panel, Chat with Vikki, Training Contract Overview, Lunch with all staff, General insights into the firm, IT and Diversity overview, Golf with Imaani, Grace n other VS students
Summer Party on Friday - met people in other firms
9-5, do tasks given from supervisor, complete and get feedback, Overall Amazing introduction and structure, felt really part of the firm and comfortable

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Before and After Impression about the firm was even better. Getting insights to how the firm runs, daily lifestyle and different sectors was amazing. You feel more prepared after experiencing 2 weeks, time goes by so fast, especially when you're kept busy. You get to see in person how the values are embedded within the firm.

Communication - consistently speaking with supervisors and other members of the team, could be about feedback or help with tasks. Likewise, networking with other partners/trainees and getting insights into their career path/ or about the firm
Research Skills - Done alot of researching task, using westlaw and lexis+, attention to detail and critical thinking enhanced.
Confidence - Multiple opportunities to enhance this, likewise feeling more comfortable in an office environment

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Every single person i met was so nice, supportive and makes you feel apart of the firm. The supervisors and team i worked with, were amazing, always asking if i need help and giving the necessary support to make sure i complete the task
