Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I help complete projects and give insights into the business, more specifically what the buyers are doing and how they are performing.
I also run weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for future plans.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I've been trusted to run my own projects and present my findings. I've also been included in social teams to plan for team days for the whole of fiance. I have also been apart of the Red Nose Day team and organising fund raising evenst for everyone to get involved in.

I was given so much support, everyone around you is willing to help and advise you when needed. I haven't felt that I couldn't go up to someone for help, everyone is so friendly and willing to help.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It's such a great culture, it seems like everywhere says, everyone's nice and friendly and it's rarely true, but here at TJX it really is like that. You won't find anyone that you couldn't just have a chat with.
