Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day we spent time networking, getting to know about the different divisions within the firm, being taught how to come across as a working professional and more. The extra things learnt were how to develop a personal brand and preparation for Assessment Centre's. Overall it was extremely insightful and I feel I learnt a lot not only about the industry, but also about the bank and the culture within the bank between employees.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I felt really privileged to have the opportunity to learn all of this from within the firm and it was great interacting and networking with people within the firm, I feel it gives a bit of perspective on the true day to day undertakings that working professionals incur that you just can't gain from outside the firm. Overall, I would say it was great to get to not only learn about potential roles but also to finally understand what they comprise of.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
During my spring week at Deutsche Bank, I was truly impressed by the company's culture. The atmosphere was collaborative and supportive, with colleagues always willing to share their knowledge and help each other. I appreciated the strong emphasis on teamwork and the open communication channels that made it easy to ask questions and learn. The inclusive and diverse environment made me feel welcome and valued from day one.
