Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Daily training sessions within the different lines of service within RMS, meetings with people within RMS of all roles, programme-wide informational calls
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very motivational and empowering, as everything was explained clearly and to an appropriate level for me to get immersed into it rather than get confused. Everyone was really encouraging about all the roles I could potentially get involved with later on.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely friendly, despite how senior they were, which made the atmosphere very light and inviting. Got a good insight into the people's networks, which was valuable in understanding how important culture and bringing your best self to work is to the firm

I am so grateful to have been a part of this insight. Talking to such lovely and experienced people has been so valuable for my personal growth. Really enjoyed hearing about the technical side of the work as well
