Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Each day comprised many technical training sessions, interspersed with professional skill development workshops. There were simulation sessions, where we could apply the skills we were taught, along with networking opportunities.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was interesting and challenging. The programme pushed us to question whatever we knew and gave us ample opportunities to learn.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed it quite a lot, it gave me a lot of insight into how the trading desk of a market maker works. Ity solidified my ambition to work in the industry.
