Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role day to day is to manage the employee life cycle, pick up all different types of queries, assist the team with any admin tasks, work on projects, generate reports and present and run meetings
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given a lot of responsibly I never felt like an intern and always felt like a member of the team doing real work that had a real impact.

My team was always there to help me out if I asked and always offered to support me if I felt too busy. however they also let you grow on your own and are happy for to take lead on certain tasks if you feel comfortable
