3 day insight programme with induction and feedback session, paired with a buddy who explained what they do on a day to day basis, sat in on project calls and given minor tasks to complete, great opportunities to network
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
the insights into the tax line of service and the specific team my buddy is involved with was very useful in allowing me to understand what daily tasks and wider responsibilities these teams have

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
the culture and atmosphere were both brilliant, the investment and care they put into their staff is clear, the vast amount of support through the application and onboarding process was really assuring

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
i loved this insight as it gave me the confidence to be able to apply for corporate internships and jobs as the application process was the same, i have developed great networking skills and have a greater respect for pwc due to its commitment to student talent, diversity and staff wellbeing - everyone i met was so welcoming and i would return in a second!
