Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The experience is good. I got to shadow employees by joining them in meetings and also seeing how they work. I also got to ask as many questions as I wanted and I saw what the culture is like working at PwC.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I got a broader understanding of what PwC does and the different departments which I could work in.
It was great knowing the potential roles that would be available to me as a student. I was able to understand the recruitment process and what they are looking for in candidates.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. I had chats with recent graduates and they answered all my questions. There is a lot of teamwork which is good and events are put on for employees including those from ethnic minorities.
