Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
9-8 first day, 9-6 second day, 9-4 third day, virtual study day thursday and virtual assessment centre friday. accommodation and transport to office and food provided for first 3 days. Insight into how they do banking, the junior talent programmes, the areas of technology/business, advice sessions on networking/applications. some interactive sessions/simulations on specific job roles. lots of semi-casual networking opportunities.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very comprehensive, but very focused on banking not tech in general. lacking specific examples of what kind of projects they work on

Very good networking/presentation skills advice. Good level of teaching for those with no prior banking/financial experience. very little actual technical content, more about how technology is used within the business
