Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Daily we were listening to insightful talks concerning different practice areas and Clyde & Co's key initiatives. Alongside this, we completed strengths-based tasks in which I was able to understand the importance of key strengths in the law as well as appreciating how sometimes strengths go too far and tip the scales to show weakness. We were also able to complete work shadowing which allowed us to understand what the law looks like in practice.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Delving into the core values and operations of the firm provided valuable insights into its dynamic environment and global reach. Through thorough research and engagement, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the diverse roles within Clyde & Co, ranging from legal positions to corporate services and beyond. This exploration not only broadened my perspective on the legal industry but also enabled me to envision how my skills and interests could align with various roles within the organisation.

Through the programme, I was able to develop my communication and interpersonal skills. We completed many tasks which allowed us all to self reflect. This self-awareness has been instrumental in ensuring we developed out skills, enabling me to continually evolve and thrive in various endeavors.
