Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I work within the Early Careers Team, supporting with the recruitment of Undergraduate and Graduate Interns, and Apprentices.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I have been given so much responsibility during my placement year - way more than I ever thought I would! However my team have been super supportive and I have never felt overwhelmed with the responsibility.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

I have developed many of my pre-existing skills whilst working here, and also learnt so many new skills. My professionalism has come on massively, for example my communication skills both verbally and written. Additionally, I have learnt so much about the HR field that I never knew before and have learnt how to use so many new processes/softwares.

WarnerMedia is the most supportive company I have come across! Everyone wants to help and support you, and you are never made to feel afraid of asking questions. I am constantly supported by my manager and my team, and we also have a learning & development team who support our learning.
