Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were many engaging talks and lots of opportunities to ask questions about DLA as a firm; its values, approach to topical issues and what it is like to work there. I had the chance to speak to many likeminded individuals in a similar stage of the application as well as talking to those already employed by DLA- all of whom were very welcoming and friendly.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was extremely interesting and enlightening. I gained great insight not only to the different seats available but also as to the day-to-day life of a trainee at DLA.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was a very welcoming environment where no question seemed too small. The company has stayed true to the values it promotes as it was an atmosphere in which I felt supported and had the opportunity to be bold, collaborative and exceptional.
