Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme involved business sessions, speakers from multiple divisions and the opportunity to network with many employees.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The spring week definitely provided me with a clearer understanding of the structure of Deutsche Bank and where all the divisions and roles lie within the firm. Also, learning about how different divisions interact and support one another was useful.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It came across that Deutsche Bank clearly adhere to their principles and core values not only as every business session involved this, but also by the behaviour of the employees as well. I felt that if I was to work there, I could feel comfortable expressing my opinion with confidence and I would be listened to.

To really try and show personality through the application as it seems Deutsche Bank value different backgrounds and characters.
