Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme gave an insight into the different divisions at Deutsche Bank, and provided many opportunities to network throughout each day. We also attended sessions which improved our knowledge of the industry and developed our skills.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I gained a very detailed insight into the business and each division. I found the programme extremely helpful as it demonstrated the specific skills needed for each role, and this helped me to confirm my ideal career pathway. Going into the programme, I was unsure of what division I would be most interested in, but Deutsche Bank has now provided greater clarity and knowledge of the potential roles available.

Deutsche Bank has a very positive culture. There was lots of importance placed on people, and the company culture and general atmosphere makes Deutsche Bank an attractive place to work.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I greatly enjoyed the GROW insight programme. I was able to explore the different divisions and clarify my ideal career pathway. The programme has taught me skills that I will carry forward in the future, and I really enjoyed networking with my peers as well as a variety of individuals within the company. The culture was very positive and inclusive, and has attracted me to pursue further opportunities at Deutsche Bank.
