Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
• Supported the regular finance reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to produce analytical dashboards regarding business health, detailing internal and external drivers and presented to senior leadership across the business
• Conducted numerous ad-hoc requests, utilising SQL to retrieve relevant financial data, conduct analysis and then understand, visualise and communicate the data effectively to stakeholders
• Performed deep dive analyses to understand revenue trends and identify potential business risks and opportunities
• Assisted in forecasting revenue numbers for the UK, down to a daily level, leveraging my proficiency in Essbase and Thinkcell

What advice would you give to others applying to PayPal
Its an amazing place to work, just need to brush up on soft skills such as communication. Knowing about the UK in terms of whats going on in the news is advisable and excel/sql skills would also help
