Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My main responsibility was to create and automise a database by pooling together information from other databases as well as from interviewing different people.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was solely responsible for the database, analyse it and then had to deliver presentations on this topic to the rest if the team and propose areas to be worked on.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The general atmosphere was very nice. We were encouraged to get to know a lot of other people and the company culture pushed for a certain friendliness by using a more casual speech in most interactions.

Accentuate your differentiation points: L’Oréal is a massive company with a lot of applicants but in my opinion they are looking to bring in new perspectives. Insist on your transferable skills
