Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We got exposed to various areas in global banking and markets. I really didn't like the fact we had to do another job simulation, I don't see the point of the fast track. I also think HSBC wants some target schools, so if you go to a Russell Group university you are going to make it to the assessment centres. Overall, the experience was nice.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was quite easy, given I already did an internship at a bank, i was able to grab concepts faster than others.

Do the job simulation, the way they want you to answer it. Don't just go with what you will do. Go with what they want you to do.
