The general atmosphere is what you would expect from an office jobs. Rapport between managers and employees are built heavily on incentives however this only had short terms positive affects.

I was able to develop my hard and soft skills during my time at Enterprise and i was also able to experience a new atmosphere in the workplace. Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
No
What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
My advice would include being familiar with job requirements needed for each role a this might later affect your view on the tasks you have to conduct. Another advise would also be connecting with the company through social media such as on linkden and trying to engage with the company outside so that you understand the culture of the company better. Being able to understand your department in this way might make a easier transition to the new position.
