Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was a very organized and useful way to explore how the firm operates on a day-to-day basis. My goals were split into two teams, for both goals I received training .
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really helpful . It was valuable as I understood how the day to day things work in reality.
I had chance to asked my questions about future and further opportunities and had a little bit test of it and how I would be.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
During the time I was there , I received many training sessions to complete my tasks , it was by my managers or members of team. For example, in a modeling task , I learned new computer skills, MATLAB and simulink or for research I had chance to have online course about battery management.

The company is multi culture place . It a place for any talent people regardless to their background, to their nationality the important is be yourself and the company provides everything for you that you can be at your best. I really enjoyed

I really enjoyed of the Insight Scheme.
It was something over my imagination and I learned a lot.
I had a chance to have everyday meetings with our team members, they advise were priceless.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce
My advice is use if any single moment you have, in Rolls Royce you can work hybrid as well , but don’t do that , presentation at office is always a great opportunity to meet new people, to network and communicate and as a result to learn new things/ skills. My advice is use your opportunity to learn from professionals, it’s not everyday that you have chance to be in this kind of atmosphere.
