Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for the Reporting and Analysis for the People Development team. My work mainly revolved around excel, creating taylored reporting for various stakeholders around the business.
Responsibilities also included managing inboxes, overviewing audits and performance reports, as well as assisting in forecasting calculations.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes - Our team was made of 3 people, so I was given significant responsibility, including working with Heads of Departments to create specific reporting as well as presenting to large departments/Dealership management regarding Training and Reporting.

My Excel skills have especialy improved. While they were already at a decent level, they have vastly imrpoved during my placement.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I greatly enjoyed it. My job role changed due to a restructure which was not within the area I originally desires, but the oppertunity to experiance an area of the business I never thought I would join was useful in broadening my knowledge of the business and industry
