To begin with i was not given a lot of responsibility, however as time passed and trust was proven, i was able to complete tasks and sign off on them without seniors reviewing. This was only after completing the same tasks on other clients and having outstanding work.

There is alot of opportunity to speak with seniors to tap into their wealth of knowledge and improve yourself. This would be through work activities and for guidance outside of work.

Very friendly company culture with a team first approach. PwC gives you plentiful amounts of time to allow for you to ask questions to the team and managers around you to help with any worries. Managers sit on the same tables as you - this helps with the company culture as there is not a present hierarchy within the office.

I enjoyed being able to speak to diverse groups of people in the position i aspire to be in and having the time to approach them to see what i am able to do different.
