Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
HR Operations for EMEA retail region, including preparation of contracts, managing Workday system, administration, advertising vacancies, processing jon changes and terminations
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given much more responsibility than I thought, I was happy to take that level of responsibility on and appreciated the trust, I have had my own part of work that I've been independently responsible for rather than being an assistant only

Yes, I habe learned many new HR processes, including recruitment and ER, I have had plenty opportunities to put theory learnt at uni into practice and it has been a priceless experience

I had amazing colleagues who were always available if I needed something, overall new balance has very friendly company culture which is very welcoming
