Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
- Daily tasks varied. This included drafting contracts, attending client meetings, taking minutes, reviewing contracts and proactively meeting with colleagues.
- Interacted with team members across all levels of seniority.
- Responsibilities included time management, ensuring work was completed to a high standard and finding work to do when there was a quiet patch.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
During the first week (induction), we heard from the leaders of the firm about the firm's vision, challenges, opportunities and history.
It was great to learn about the business's different aspects, e.g., MBD, recruitment, legal tech, people groups and social aspects. It was very eye-opening to learn about the structure of a law firm in such depth, this early in our career.
