Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The four-day program was excellently organized. On the first day, we had an introduction to the market and the bank, followed by an engaging ice-breaker session to get to know our fellow participants and job-seeking graduates.
Days two and three involved introductions to three projects, each led by experienced professionals who shared their career paths and experiences. We learned about their day-to-day work through games and case studies.
On the final day, we selected our preferred project and received interview training. Throughout, there were ample networking opportunities during lunch and breaks, allowing us to connect with professionals and past project participants.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

HSBC emphasized personal development and offers a mature career system for long-term employee growth.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I'm delighted to have been part of this program, which proved highly beneficial. It deepened my grasp of the company's culture, provided a hands-on job experience, and broadened my professional network. It's particularly valuable for university students and those interested in banking.
