Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

The role involved creating an artificial neural network (using the Python libraries Tensorflow / Sklearn) to predict power prices in various regions. The results were then analysed before being presented to the rest of the team to determine how well it performs against the models already in use by the company.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility when it came to my work and managing various deadlines.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

There was plenty of support available throughout the internship from my managers and team, who provided lots of advice whilst I was working on my project.
