- Working with Commercial team to update project costing reports as required.
- Preparation of Activity Schedules, Bills of Quantities and Resource profiling.
- Preparation of Applications for Payment for submission to Client(s).
- Sub-contract administration including developing sub-contract documents, reviewing, and agreeing valuations, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts.
- Analysing the commercial progress of allocated projects working closely with the project delivery team.

Definitely. I was responsible for managing around 15 subcontractor accounts and monitoring the site's progress in which I had to report back to the senior management on site and regional directors.

Developed my technical knowledge further through site visits and use of site drawings.
Further developed my communication and collaborative skills through having to communicate with different subcontractors on site and working with different individuals part of the project delivery team.

Everybody was open to providing support and willing to take time out of their day to help me if I had any questions surrounding works being completed or if it was a technical aspect I was struggling with or didn't understand.
