Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The week was extremely insightful, and the firm put on regular seminars and workshops with senior members of DLA to give a broad overview of the firm. Spent the majority of the week working with a group within our specific office team to prepare a pitch presentation to partners on the final day of the placement.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Great opportunity to learn more about the business and the role of a trainee at DLA. Lots of varied speakers who could give different insight, from the CEO to current trainees, which all gave a really great impression of the firm.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The people at DLA could not have been nicer or more eager to help. Grad recruitment are amazing at what they do, and organised a fantastic programme which was really engaging, despite having to take place virtually.
The culture is really inclusive and the firm has lots of great networks for employees to join, and there is a real sense of teamwork throughout.

Reach out to people in the firm, as they are more than happy to speak with you and assist with any questions. I couldn't recommend the firm more highly, and hope that I have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
