Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Participants got involved in interactive case studies alongside Lloyds Banking Group colleagues, and took part in problem solving and coding activities across the 2 days. An insight into life at LBG and career in data science was offered, in addition to detailing the application process.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful to understand and get to know all the various career streams and potential tracks at LBG, in addition to knowing more about the bank and its rich history in the United Kingdom

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
LBG has a very welcoming and inclusive culture, which is pretty much their manifesto as well. The hosts were very friendly and energetic, who kept all the sessions throughout the 2 days engaging and fun
