Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Lots of useful information are presented during the 2-day event, including who LBG are, what Agile is, soft skills (Self management, probelm solving, effective communication) sessions and interactive collaborative case study sessions, etc.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It is eye-opening and overwhelming in a good way. Now I know more detailed information regarding to different parts of the bank, and can't wait to discover more through other events in the future.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The insight is quite good. I felt like I'm more equipped with essential skills for launching my careers and smoothly transitioning into a professional work environment. The event is very supportive which also helps to boost my confidence in communication and collaboration, essential attributes for success in the modern workplace.
