Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
on a day to day basis I have been drafting press release and opeds for the website or to be pitched to the press. I have also been writing social media posts and coming up with new campaign ideas. as well as drafting ideas for forwards features and pitching them to the press and writing perspective and case studies for the website as well
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, i have been in charge of planning and organising features and talking to the press in regards to it. I have also been responsible for writing press release and opeds.
