Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1 included career talks, session on effective communication discovering tech, data science case study, agile vs waterfall work approach, finding focus, and more about LBG.
Day 2 included talks on cyber security, cloud technology, careers at LBG, software engineering case study, coding introduction, building the bank of the future challenge.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was enlightening and quite relaxing to see their backgrounds and switches in careers.
