Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Calculations of transfer values for pension schemes as well as completing other general calculations and generating reports in relation to the funding level of pension schemes.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Was given tasks to complete for clients very early on and often had responsibility for completing more complex calculations.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Become increasingly proficient at Excel as well as general calculation skills improving. Also worked massively on presentation skills and have become much better at presenting to big or small groups.

Very comfortable atmosphere with comfortable dress codes as well as an excellent office atmosphere that generated increased inclusivity, enjoyment of the workplace, and general productivity.

Make sure to go to the office as often as possible as people are extremely willing to help and provide support so this is where you will gain the most insight and also be given the most challenging tasks.
