Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I worked on a transport project for 10 weeks with a team of designers and software developers. Day-to-day tasks included carrying out research, ideating, creating wireframes and prototypes, presenting work to key stakeholders, and collaborating with devs to bring the project to life.

Yes, my team and I were given lots of responsibility from the start.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone at the company was very friendly and approachable. There was a strong emphasis on work-life balance and they encouraged employees to take regular breaks. They also host a lot of work events that cater to all.
