Please give an overview of the virtual internship and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
- networking and learning with Lloyds staff about their journey into their role, the requirements, job description and tasks.
- learning about responsibilities of Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Communication, Retail and Commercial Banking
- interactive case study tasks for a range of abilities in coding, presenting, software/business strategy and problem solving.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great to remove stereotypes about the jobs available in the tech and data banking industry by learning that there are roles in communication and strategy.
Also learned about what qualifications, requirements and skills will be needed to break into the banking industry

It was only a virtual insight but the company culture seemed great and very open to people of different educational/ experienced disciplines, backgrounds etc.
