Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

The Supporter Services is the first port of call for supporters wanting to engage with CRUK. Lead on specific recruitment projects within Supporter Services with particular focus on improving the recruitment and selection process and practices as well as facilitating the interview process and developing a recruitment and retention improvement plan for Supporter Services

I was given a lot of responsibility managing my own tasks and workload although a lot of help was given too

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed my internship as I had the opportunity to be involved in some fun projects and work on my personal skills as well as meet some kind and supportive people along the way and be apart of a lovely team.
