4/5
Brilliant programme, well supported and thorough support to achieve the grade I hoped for.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
New hardware and software troubleshooting skills, greater responsibilities. Learning to expand my knowledge within my role but also opportunity to upskill.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Well structured with regards to the learning and knowledge but not as well structured when it comes to deadlines, projects and support in transitioning from apprenticeship/full time role internally.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Manager as learning mentor has been exceptional, allowed to take time away from work if needed to balance apprenticeship learning with my role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Great support from learning mentor with regards to knowledge and coursework.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Lots of practical experience and application of knowledge. I strongly believe I would not be able to perform sufficiently in my role without the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Lots of extra curricular and support groups, fundraising as groups and lots of lunchtime activities.
