Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Insight into LBG incl. company aims/values/history, current projects, in-depth case studies of the range of roles under Data and Technology, cybersecurity, cloud system management, and the ability to network with current staff. Hands-on experience coding, handling data, communication workshops, software strategy case studies, and assessment-center simulations.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The business insights were invaluable and aided in finding a role that perfectly suited my skills/values/interests. I found it exciting to learn about the wide variety of people and vast array of work within what I previously believed to be a limited area of the LBG; extremely dynamic and inspiring.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was value-led; one of collaboration, innovation, people-centric inclusivity, agility, and adaptability. The general atmosphere was welcoming and we were encouraged to learn/grow/make mistakes throughout.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I just wish it was longer! I enjoyed the insight so much that I am now inspired to work at LGB and have continued to research the company and upskill myself in order to better suit the work I found most interesting.
