Leading my own research into social fundraising, CRUK's online presence and its success/ any areas for growth.

To start with I was assisting with tasks and being briefed on a range of element to develop my understanding of CRUK. But I have definitely been given my own tasks and feel responsible for this research and presenting my findings to senior staff.

Communication across a large organisation, building new relationships with numerous different stakeholders.

My confidence in presenting findings has grown massively, being able to contribute in meetings.

Lots! My team and manager have been amazing at making me feel settled, knowing they are open to lots of questions and nothing is silly to ask.

I am half-way through my 12-week internship and its been amazing so far. Coming out of university and trying to get started in the charity sector can be difficult. CRUK have been great at teaching me so much about the organisation and helping my personal skills develop.
