What advice would you give to others applying to Lidl
Make sure to do your company research. Your application can really exceed others when it is clear that you have conducted your research. It is also imperative that you tailor and develop your CV and Cover Letter to that of the retail placement role that you are applying. The recruitment and hiring team will take great value in this and it will put you one step ahead of all the other candidates.
