Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day consists of speaking with both clients and candidates to gain insight into what they are looking for. Clients also involve getting the job on with that client and building relationships with them.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was given full responsibility of my desk and was able to manage my job role as I saw best fit. I was doing the same job as people working there full time.

So much, we had training sessions and catch ups with our directors and managers every week to check we was on track and I felt confident that I could speak to any of them at any time to seek guidance.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Company culture was great there is a great deal of encouragement from you colleagues and also there is a nice competitive culture there which boosts of motivation to do well.
