Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Start with a stand up. Code for most of the morning and early afternoon. Then there are usually talks run by the Campus team later in the day.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes project was fairly self led but help was always there when needed.
Loads of chances to take on team leadership roles as well.

I’m a non computer science student and have felt supported throughout the internship. Engineers are willing to answer any questions no matter big or small.

Not very coorporate which I enjoyed. Very welcoming environment with flexible work hours.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Overall I have enjoyed my placement. I do feel as though the training can be improved and I felt like we were promised more socials than there have been.
It has been a supportive work environment with lots of opportunities to learn. The staff have all been great.
