Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Insight started with a quiz to test our Knowledge about Lloyds banking Group. Then we went on to learn about our possible strengths and weaknesses. Self management was discussed alongside time management where the greenhouse matrix that helps to prioritize tasks was taught in details. The scrum process which consists the product owner, the team and the scrum master. We were taught some interview techniques on how to reply interview questions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was indeed insightful as some of the things we know weren't as it seems plus staff of LBG spoke to us to further encourage and give us hnts to what emails ok n working at LBG
